A Spin Qubit Coupled to a Photonic Crystal Cavity

Abstract

We developed a charge-controlled quantum dot coupled to a photonic crystal cavity. We charge the dot with a single electron and perform optical spin initialization, rotation and measurement, demonstrating a spin qubit coupled to a cavity.
