Dynamic Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging using Singular Value Decomposition

Abstract

We propose an algorithm for dynamic speckle contrast imaging based on singular value decomposition. Singular values of a matrix generated with a stack of image patches are used to define correlation measure of corresponding patch.
