Equally Sloped Tomography Applied to X-ray Free Electron Lasers Single-particle Coherent Diffraction Imaging

Abstract

Limited projection orientations of single-particle coherent diffraction imaging cause lower resolution of three-dimensional reconstructions. Here equally sloped tomography is applied and demonstrates that it can achieve superior three-dimensional reconstructions to conventional tomography from fewer projections.
