Abstract

-BASIS employs acousto-optically synthesized spatio-temporally encoded interference patterns and RF detection to measure dense Fourier sample clouds, enabling high-speed focus-free volume microscopy. We demonstrate 3D imaging of dynamic fluorescent beads using a single pattern.
