GPU-Based Real-Time Processing of 3-D Refractive Index Maps of Biological Cells from Tomographic Phase Microscopy

Abstract

We review our highly parallel algorithm for real-time reconstruction of quantitative 3-D refractive-index maps of biological cells without labeling, obtained from interferometric tomographic phase microscopy using the computer graphic processing unit (GPU) and CUDA programming.
