Fluorescence Flutter Shutter for Imaging Cells in Flow

Abstract

We demonstrate a method for imaging fluorescently labeled cells traveling at high linear velocities. Images are collected with an engineered motion-blur which enables exposures that are 50 times longer than the motion-blur limit.
