Multiplexed Agile Fourier Sampling for Doppler Encoded Excitation Pattern (DEEP) 3D Microscopy

Abstract

A DEEP microscope synthesizes images from Fourier data measured using dynamic structured illumination and a single-element detector. We describe 2D acousto-optic frequency-multiplexed pattern generation and sparse Fourier sampling strategies for fast tomographic DEEP 3D imaging.
