Diffractive Generation of Non-Redundant Images for a Multi-Aperture, Thin, High-Resolution Camera

Abstract

We have designed a diffractive element capable of generating shift-encoded images for a thin, multiplexed optical imaging system. We present simulations that validate the use of the element for high resolution imaging and preliminary experimental results of diffractive image replication.
