Abstract

We report on a hollow-core conjoined-tube negative-curvature fiber with measured transmission losses of 2.7dB/km at 1150nm and 3.8dB/km at 680nm. The loss from 653 to 706 nm approaches the Rayleigh scattering limit of silica fiber.
