Photon Pair Generation and Filtering Using Monolithically Integrated Silicon Micro-disk and Coupled Resonator Optical Waveguide

Abstract

We demonstrate on-chip pair of photons with spectral brightness of 4.84×107 pair/s/mW2/GHz in micro-disk resonator integrated with on-chip tunable filter to provide high isolation of the pump.
