Abstract

We demonstrate efficient spectral translation of a continuous-wave optical signal across 250 THz using cavity-enhanced four-wave mixing on a silicon nanophotonic-s chip, with up to (12.8 ± 0.6) % photon number efficiency achieved for sub-mW pump power.
