Phase-Shifted Bragg Grating Resonators in Thin-Film Lithium Niobate Waveguides

Abstract

We demonstrate narrowband integrated filters with 0.23 mm-long phase-shifted Bragg gratings in corrugated single-mode thin-film LiNbO3 photonic wires, achieving quality factors of 1.24×104 and extinction ratios up to 24 dB at telecom wavelengths.
