Abstract

We demonstrate pure physical encrypted communication systems using chaos generated on silicon optomechanical nanocavities. Our chaos synchronization correlation coefficient is high at 0.97, and the Mb/s NRZ messages were decoded with a critical 3×10-5 BER.
