Largely Tunable Plasmonic Antennas-on-Waveguide Directional Couplers with Deep Subwavelength Volume

Abstract

Ultracompact versatile on-chip couplings are achieved in a largely tunable manner by synergy plasmonic nanoantennas with graphene. The operating wavelength can be tuned over 115 nm around 1.55 µm in deep-subwavelength volume with high directivity.
