Abstract

A circularly polarized light source with ultrathin geometry were demonstrated by integrating the WSe2 atomic layers with plasmonic chiral metasurfaces. The intrinsic chiral emission of WSe2 was manipulated by chiral metasurfaces to achieve emission circular dichroism more than 25%.
