Frequency Doubled High Speed Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging

Abstract

We present high speed fluorescence lifetime imaging in the visible enabled by broadband frequency-doubling of the SLIDE technique (1P-SLIDE). Fluorescence Lifetime imaging at 88 million pixels per second is demonstrated.
