90 Gb/s PAM4 and OOK Optical Signal Generation by Using the Dual-arm-drive Silicon Mach-Zehnder Modulator

Abstract

In this paper, the 90 Gb/s PAM4 and OOK optical signal generation by using a dual-arm-drive silicon Mach-Zehnder modulator is demonstrated. The OOK optical signal generation with speed up to 110 Gb/s is also demonstrated.
