Fiber-Integrated Single Photon Devices with High Efficiency and Directional Emission

Abstract

Fiber-integrated single photon device based on quantum dot nanobeam and fiber taper is proposed and calculated. Total collection efficiency of 88% is achieved into one arm of fiber taper. Broadband and robust operation of the system is also confirmed.
