Extended Kalman Filter for Carrier Frequency Offset and Carrier Phase Noise

Abstract

A joint recovery scheme for carrier frequency offset (CFO) and carrier phase noise (CPN) utilizing extended Kalman filter is proposed, which has good performance of high CFO estimation accuracy, large CPN tolerance and low complexity.
