Photonic Gauge Potential and Synthetic Dimension with Integrated Photonics Platforms

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Photonic gauge potentials can be achieved in dynamically modulated photonic structures. Moreover, such a potential can be realized in a synthetic space with a frequency dimension, leading to novel opportunities for controlling the light spectrum.
