High-Speed Super-Resolution Microscopy for Biological Imaging

Abstract

We used new super resolution imaging method, localized plasmonic structure illumination microscopy (LPSIM), to observe biological specimens’ movement. This approach allows biologically friendly video rate imaging with wide field of view and 50nm resolution.
