Ex vivo study of diffusion of indocyanine green (ICG) in cow retinal layers using optical coherence tomography

Abstract

In this paper, we studied the diffusion of indocyanine green (ICG) into retinal layers by analyzing OCT images and showed that ICG diffuse all the way to RPE layer in ex vivo cow retina.
