Abstract

Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals are fabricated via all-solution method, which exhibit outstanding optoelectronic properties. The application in optoelectronic device demonstrates great improved performance, especially in light-emitting diodes, which display improved activity via proper composition adjustment and device construction modification.
