Abstract

We demonstrate high-speed multiphoton (e.g. two-photon excited fluorescence, second harmonic generation) microscopy at a frame rate beyond 1,000 fps – enabled by an all-optical laser scanning technique, coined free-space angular-chirp-enhanced delay (FACED).
