On-chip Eletromechanically Induced Brillouin Scattering on Suspended Aluminum Nitride Waveguides

Abstract

We propose and have theoretically investigated on-chip eletromechanically induced Brillouin scattering on suspended aluminum nitride waveguides by simulation of its acoustic and optical properties. Prototype devices have been fabricated.
