Abstract

We demonstrate an optomechanical circuit platform in GaAs in which optomechanical cavities are interfaced with interdigitated-transducers using phononic crystal waveguides. We use this platform to demonstrate phonon routing, acousto-optic and opto-acoustic modulation, and sensitive detection.
