Fully CMOS-Compatible TiN Nanoantennas

Abstract

We report the first visible/NIR darkfield scattering spectroscopy measurements of single titanium nitride nanostructures. We grow these fully CMOS-compatible nanoantennas via low-temperature atomic layer deposition and characterize and correlate their optical and material properties.
