Terahertz Parallel Plate Waveguide to Evaluate Electrical Transport Properties of 2D Materials

Abstract

We demonstrate a new parallel plate waveguide (PPWG) based terahertz spectroscopy approach to characterize the electromagnetic properties of low conductive two-dimensional materials. We find that the TE mode is suitable for such prototype of materials.
