Smaller Spot Formation by Vector Beam for Higher Resolution Microscopy

Abstract

Smaller spot formation by using vector beams is demonstrated for achieving higher lateral resolution, which is beyond conventional diffraction limit, in confocal microscopy, two-photon microscopy and subtraction microscopy.
