Towards Doppler-Free QCL-based Metrological THz Spectroscopy

Abstract

New frontiers for high precision THz spectroscopy are presented. Current limits can be overcome by exploiting saturation effects on molecular transitions and coupling THz QCL radiation to an optical cavity.
