Electromagnetically Induced Transparency in Si3N4 nanobeam optomechanical crystals

Abstract

We demonstrate electromagnetically induced transparency in sideband-resolved Si3N4 optomechanical crystals supporting optical modes in the 980 nm band and 4 GHz mechanical resonances, in both ambient conditions and at cryogenic temperatures.
