Abstract

We experimentally reported a chip-integrated plasmon-induced transparency (PIT) by a single planar plasmonic composite nanocavity. A large shift of 490 nm of the transparency window and an additional PIT like effect are achieved through coating the poly(methyl methacrylate) cover layer.
