Second Harmonic Generation of Topological Insulator Bi2Se3 Surfaces

Abstract

Azimuthal angle-dependent second harmonic generation is carried out to reveal the near surface band bending due to the surface state induced by Se vacancy in Bi2Se3. The surface band bending can be removed by tuning the Se molar ratio.
