Absolute Frequency Stability Measurements of a Semiconductor-based, Etalon-stabilized 10 GHz Optical Frequency Comb

Abstract

We present a semiconductor optical frequency comb stabilized to an intracavity, 104 Finesse etalon which is held in a vacuum chamber and temperature stabilized. The frequency instability is <90 kHz in >12 min of operation.
