Abstract
A nanopore is integrated into an optofluidic chip, enabling simultaneous optical and electrical detection of individual fluorescent nanoparticles. The cross correlation coefficients between the optical signal and the electrical signal for 200 nm and 500 nm nanoparticles are as high as 0.9327 and 0.7435, respectively.
