Biophotonic Device for On-Chip Trapping and Spectroscopic Analysis

Abstract

Here we report on a novel and fully-integrated biophotonic system exploiting a miniaturized fiber optical-tweezer enabling 3D-trapping of single cells. We also demonstrate its use for fluorescence and Raman single cells spectroscopy analysis.
