Bandwidth Reconfigurable Radio-Frequency Photonic Filters Based on Directly Generated Gaussian-Shaped Comb

Abstract

We demonstrate bandwidth reconfigurable radio-frequency photonic filters based on optical frequency combs. By changing the comb bandwidth with a manually tunable RF attenuator, the filter bandwidth can be increased by the maximum of 112%.
