Abstract

We demonstrate lensfree on-chip sensing within a micro-fluidic channel using plasmonic nano-apertures illuminated by a partially-coherent quasi-monochromatic source. Experimental results confirm on-chip sensing of refractive index changes as small as ~0.002 using this lensfree modality.
