Wide-band Tunable SFG-DFG Wavelength Conversion in Efficient LN-QPM Adhered Ridge Waveguide

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate wide wavelength-tuning range of 40 nm over C band in SFG-DFG wavelength conversion using efficient QPM-ARW module. Power penalty lower than 0.6 dB was obtained for 43-Gbit/s NRZ-OOK signal.
