Abstract

The timing jitter characterization of 80-MHz mode-locked Yb-fiber lasers in stretched-pulse and self-similar regimes shows the rms integrated jitter of 0.86 fs and 4.2 fs [integrated from 10 kHz to 40 MHz (Nyquist frequency)], respectively.
