Coupled-Resonator Optical Waveguide Sensors Using Multi-Channel Spatial Detection

Abstract

We demonstrate a proof-of-concept experiment of coupled-resonator optical waveguide sensors using multi-channel out-of-plane light scattering spatial detection. The sensor comprises 11 microdisks, which enables a sensitivity of 10−5 RIU.
