100-Gb/s RZ-DQPSK Signal Monitoring Using Time-Stretch Enhanced Recording Oscilloscope

Abstract

We report simultaneous I/Q-data monitoring of 100-Gb/s RZ-DQPSK signal using a two-channel time-stretch enhanced recording (TiSER) oscilloscope. TiSER offers a solution to monitoring of high bit rate data.
