Spontaneous Parametric Down-Conversion in Integrated Hybrid SixNy-PPLN Waveguides for High-Dimensional Qubit Entanglement

Abstract

We designed a hybrid SixNy and PPLN waveguide for high-purity type-Ⅱ SPDC generation with modeled normalized efficiency of 225%[W−1•cm−2]. High-dimensional entanglement via this source is predicted by HOM revival with visibility up to 99.79%.
