Tailoring nanophotonic frequency converters for quantum dot single-photon sources

Abstract

We demonstrate the suitability of silicon nanophotonic frequency converters for use with quantum dot single-photon sources. Preservation of photon statistics, operation across an 840-980 nm input wavelength band, and tunable wavelength shifts are shown.
