Integrated chiral long period gratings in multicore fiber

Abstract

We developed a novel approach to inscribe integrated chiral long period gratings into multicore fiber with electrical arc discharge method. Transmission spectra and polarization characteristics are measured through spatial division multiplexing fan-in/fan-out devices.
