Evanescent-Vacuum-Enhanced Reversible Photon-Exciton Interaction and fluorescence collection efficiency

Abstract

Taking the evanescent vacuum provided by a silver or dielectric single-mode nanowire as electromagnetic background, we theoretically demonstrated the enhanced reversible photon-exciton interaction and fluorescence collection efficiency through the careful optical mode design.
