Abstract

A high-resolution (0.15 nm) and large-bandwidth (100 nm) on-chip spectrometer is demonstrated with a microring resonator-enhanced Mach-Zehnder interferometer. It is promising to develop integrated photonic sensing systems for environmental and water quality monitoring.
