A nonlinear interferometer with intrinsic stability

Abstract

We realize a passively stable nonlinear interferometer based on a single parametric amplifier, attaining 99.9% visibility by combining RF modulation and spatial filtering. Our configuration offers new capabilities for robust interferometric sensors.
