Coherent Evolution of Inhomogeneous Exciton/Biexciton System in an InAs Quantum Dot Ensemble

Abstract

We study the coherent evolution of inhomogeneously broadend exciton/biexciton system in an InAs quantum dot ensemble using pre-pulse 2D coherent spectroscopy and successfully reproduce their behavior by the calculation of 4 level optical Bloch equation.
