Experimental demonstration of the de-magnifying hyperlens

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate de-magnification functionality of a hyperlens. The original patterns with a feature size of 300nm were scaled down to 190nm, which was smaller than half of the wavelength of the incident beam.
